Janna is a Clinical Herbalist, Yoga Instructor and Holistic Massage Practitioner empowering the stressed and weary city dweller towards taking better care of themselves. Her journey with herbal medicine began 27 years ago when she enrolled in my first training program at Dominion Herbal College in Vancouver, Canada. She became passionate about herbal medicine in her teenage years, after successfully being treated for troubling digestive issues by a Naturopathic physician. The experience opened her eyes to the healing power of plants and she has been learning about and living with herbs ever since.
