Our Review of 300 Herbs: Their Indications and Contraindications by Matthew Alfs
Matthew's book is an invaluable resource for any herbalist. I love that it is packed with information, but doesn't contain any space-filling fluff and it's organized in such a way that it's an easy-to-use reference tool when you're on the go and can't quite remember that tidbit of information you need. The beginning of the book goes over principles and theory, followed by an extensive Materia Medica section that is organized by bodily system and specific indications within each. The repertory in the second half of the book is extensive. A great tool that should be on everyone's bookshelf.
You can find an interview with the author and excerpt from this book in the March 2018 issue of AromaCulture Magazine.
